Return Policy

We accept returns within ten (10) days of the order being marked as "Delivered" or "Available for Pickup" by the carrier. Requests made after the 10-day window will not be accepted.

  • No refunds. Store credit only.
  • Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of odors, and unaltered, with all original tags attached.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items
  • Pre-orders
  • Custom Made Orders
  • Leathers
  • Equine Medicine
  • Supplements
  • Holiday or seasonal items
  • Layaways
  • Orders made during sale events
  • White shirts and breeches

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, you must submit a request within 10 days of receiving your package

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Order Pickup Policy

We offer warehouse pickup under the following terms:

  • Pickup Day: Monday through Saturday
  • Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM  Saturday 9:00 AM- 2:00 PM.

Please note:

  • Orders must be picked up within 7 calendar days

Pre-Orders

  • All pre-orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or changed.
  • Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase.
  • In the rare event of a supplier issue, we will provide a 100% refund.

Discount Codes

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout.
  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after the order is placed.

Changing Shipping Address

  • Shipping addresses cannot be modified after the order is fulfilled.
  • If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us immediately.
  • Once fulfilled, changes require a new shipping label, which the customer must pay for.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and are not included in store credits.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the new shipping label.
  • Refusal to pay for reshipping will result in the order being cancelled, with a 10% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 to Puerto Rico.

Standard Shipping Options:

  • USPS First-Class Mail
  • USPS Priority Shipping
  • UPS
  • Island Wide

Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluded from shipping estimates)

Tracking Your Order

Track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipment email or by logging into your account at lalinspr.com

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once placed.
You may initiate a return (if eligible) once the package is received.

Fair Use Policy

To prevent abuse of our return policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns for suspicious activity (e.g. excessive returns, worn items)
  • Deactivate accounts engaged in policy violations

If you believe your account has been flagged in error, please contact us for review.

Final Note

Lalins Leather Shop reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or service at our discretion for any reason, including policy violations or abuse.
