Pelham Bit with Comfort Snaffle Wide Barrel MB 02

The Myler Stainless Steel Pelham Bit with MB 02 Comfort Snaffle Wide Barrel is a Level 1 English bit designed to offer mild leverage, comfort, and clear communication. The MB 02 mouthpiece is Myler’s alternative to a traditional French link or lozenge mouthpiece, offering tongue pressure with a more comfortable curved design.

The curved stainless steel mouthpiece wraps around the bars and lips instead of pinching, while the wide center barrel helps distribute tongue pressure more kindly. The MB 02 also allows Independent Side Movement™, giving the rider the ability to communicate more clearly on each side of the horse’s mouth.

This Pelham is designed to be used with two sets of reins: the snaffle rein attaches to the larger ring near the mouthpiece for direct rein action, while the curb rein attaches to the smaller ring at the bottom of the shank for indirect curb action. A bit converter may also be used when riding with one set of reins.
